Our Border Terrier - 'Indy' will be 10 months old on the 14th June. It was only a couple of weeks ago that he had 'the operation' but he's made a full recovery, and luckily he's still the same dog he was before with no sign of calming down yet!

We've been working on teaching him 'fetch' which he does occasionally, but most of the time, he returns with the ball and won't let us have it. However, a couple of days ago, I bounced the ball on our garden steps and he caught it. I quickly proceeded to treat and praise him for this and in no time he understood what the game was.

We now practice with him every day and he's improving, sometimes catching several in a row. The next challenge is getting him to bring the ball back to us from the steps for the next throw. We'll see how it goes.
